There are many ways in a stressed moment, busy day or worried chapter, to support clarity in you. Stop for a breath. Close your eyes. Recall a moment, a memory that fills your heart. Call the the child in you. Physically STOP what it is you are doing. Look up to the sky. Admire nature around you. Feel the seat / ground below you. Be Still. All of the above.... EAT A TUB OF ICE CREAM :p
